Is the SugarTrack system accurate?

Yes. SugarTrack is ISO 15197:2013 compliant, which is the international standard for blood glucose monitoring system accuracy. It is also US FDA approved and CE certified, ensuring it meets rigorous global medical standards.

Does the meter require a code?

No. SugarTrack uses "No-Coding" technology. This simplifies the testing process and eliminates the risk of inaccurate results caused by incorrect manual coding.

How much blood is required for a test?

The device requires a tiny sample size of only 0.5 microliters. This allows for a much less painful testing experience compared to older meters that require larger samples.

How long does it take to get a result? The SugarTrack TD-4265 provides your blood glucose reading in just 5 seconds.

Test Strips & Usage

Why are your strips individually foil-packed?

We offer individual foil-wrapped strips to ensure maximum hygiene and freshness for every single test. Unlike vial-packed strips, which can degrade once the seal is broken, foil-wrapped strips remain protected from air and moisture until the moment you use them.

Can I use any test strips with this meter?

No. To ensure medical-grade accuracy, you must use SugarTrack-compatible strips designed specifically for the TD-4265 model.

What is the "Hematocrit Range" and why does it matter?

SugarTrack has a Hematocrit (HCT) range of 30%–55%. This ensures accurate readings for a wide variety of users, as HCT levels can sometimes interfere with the accuracy of lesser glucose meters.

Data & Support

Does the meter save my previous readings?

Yes. The internal memory stores up to 450 test results, allowing you to track your history and share trends with your healthcare provider.

What happens if I forget to turn it off?

The device features an automatic shutoff that triggers 3 minutes after your last action to preserve the life of your CR2032 battery
