Due to the sterile and medical nature of the SugarTrack TD-4267 and its foil-packed strips, we maintain a strict No-Return/No-Refund policy once the product has been delivered. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, uncontaminated medical instrument.
However, we offer a 20-Day Exchange Guarantee for:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the meter fails to meet its technical accuracy standards.
- Shipping Damage: If the individual foil packs are punctured or the box seal is broken upon arrival.

How much blood is required for a test?
The device requires a tiny sample size of just 0.5 μL. This allows for a significantly less painful testing experience compared to older models.
When will I get my order?
We prioritize fast shipping to ensure you never miss a test. Our delivery timelines are as follows:
- Processing Time: All orders are verified and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Mumbai & Thane District: Expect delivery within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
- Rest of India: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: As soon as your SugarTrack device or strips are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package in real-time.
